¡¡ ¡¡ ¢£¡Ø¥ï¥¤¥ó¡¦¥¢¥É¥ô¥©¥±¥¤¥È213¹æ¡Ù¤è¤êÈ´¿è¢£ Served from an ex-chateau bottle. The 2009 Chateau d¡ÇYquem is one showstopper of a wine and perhaps it is only in a vertical that you realize this is up there among the legendary wines of the past – the 2001 included. It has a wonderful nose that expresses the Semillon component majestically: heady aromas of lemon curd, nectarine, jasmine and honeysuckle that all gain momentum in the glass. The oak is supremely well-integrated. The palate is extremely well-balanced with an unctuous entry. You are immediately knocked sideways by the palpable weight and volume in the mouth, which is almost ¡Èbulbous,¡É with layer upon layer of heavily botrytized fruit. It builds to a spicy finish with hints of marzipan and pralines in the background that lend it an untrammeled sense of exoticism. The 2009 is utterly fabulous and decadent, a star that will blaze brightly and undimmed for many years. Drink now-2060+. ¢£À¸»º¼ÔHP¤è¤êÈ´¿è¢£A durable bottleThis little revolution relies on a new durable bottle: the wine leaves behind the classic wine bottle format in favour of non-transparent 95% recycled glass marked with a simple yellow crown, to become a new kind of guest of honour. The bottle also has a replaceable cork closure, designed by Swiss design agency BIG GAME, to encourage those who open it to keep it: because when the cork is replaced, Sauternes can be stored for several weeks in the fridge, making it a versatile aperitif wine with many lives. And after enjoying the wine, it is easy to remove the label and turn the bottle into a water jug or vase.¥Æ¥¤¥¹¥Æ¥£¥ó¥°¥Î¡¼¥È¡§¥í¡¼¥Ö¤ÏÁ¡ºÙ¤Ê¶â¿§¤Ç¡¢½À¤é¤«¤ÊÎ理ÎÈ¿¼Í¤¬¤¢¤ê¤Þ¤¹¡£¹á¤ê¤Ï¶¯¤¯¡¢Ë§¹á¤¬ËÉ٤Ǥ¹¡£´»µÌ·Ï¤ÎÈé¤ÎºÇ½é¤Î¥Î¡¼¥È¤Î¸å¤Ë¥ì¥â¥ó¥Ñ¥¤¤Î¥Î¡¼¥È¤¬Â³¤¡¢¼¡¤Ë¥ª¡¼¥Ö¥ó¤«¤é¿·Á¯¤Ê¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥Ã¥·¥å¤òÏ¢ÁÛ¤µ¤»¤ë¥È¡¼¥¹¥È¤µ¤ì¤¿¥Î¡¼¥È¤¬Â³¤¤Þ¤¹¡£Ì£¤ï¤¤¤Ë¤Ï¡¢¥¿¥ó¥¸¥§¥ê¥ó¤ÎÈé¤Èº½ÅüÄÒ¤±¤Î¥ª¥ì¥ó¥¸¤Î¥¢¥í¥Þ¤¬¤¢¤ê¡¢¤³¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Î˧¹á¤Î¿·Á¯¤µ¤ò¶¯Ä´¤¹¤ë¥¹¥¿¡¼¥¢¥Ë¥¹¤Î¥¿¥Ã¥Á¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤Æ¶¯²½¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£¥ê¥Ã¥Á¤ÇÌ©Å٤ι⤤¸ý¤Ï¡¢¥Õ¥£¥Ë¥Ã¥·¥å¤ËÁÇÀ²¤é¤·¤¤¶ìÌ£¤Î¤¢¤ëÎɤ¤Ä¹¤µ¤ò¼¨¤·¤Þ¤¹¡£¢£¡Ô¥ï¥¤¥ó ¥¢¥É¥ô¥©¥±¥¤¥È¡Õ¤è¤êÈ´¿è¢£Pale lemon-gold in color, the 2019 Rieussec flaunts a delicately scented nose of fresh grapefruit, lemon curd, lime leaves and clover honey with wafts of jasmine, white truffles and nutmeg.
